Where your sites’ data lives, what the AI receives, and what this website does with the details you send us.

Your sites’ data stays in WordPress

Pages, templates, the design system, form submissions, analytics, reports, snippets and settings are stored in your WordPress database and uploads folder, on your hosting. The Native AI service doesn’t host your site and doesn’t keep copies of it.

What the AI service receives

The plugin talks to the Native AI service for three things: AI requests, license checks and plugin updates.

  • Builder requests send what the request needs: the structure and text of the page or site involved, the design system, image addresses and alt text, the names of your integrations (not their secrets) and your AI settings (tone, language, brand guidelines, instructions).
  • Report summaries send the report’s facts — numbers, titles and statuses — never page content, code or personal data.
  • License checks and updates send the site’s address, the plugin version and a signature proving the site holds the license.

The AI never receives passwords, API keys, integration secrets, form submissions, or analytics about individual visitors. Requests are processed by the AI model provider (Anthropic for Claude models) to produce the answer.

Secrets

Keys and credentials you connect — CRMs, email platforms, APIs, payment providers — are encrypted in WordPress with AES-256-GCM, never shown again after saving, and never sent to the AI.

Analytics

Native AI Analytics is optional. When it’s on, visitors are counted without cookies by default, using a hash of the request that changes every day and is never stored with an IP address. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Countries come from the browser’s time zone or your CDN’s country header, never from an IP lookup. Everything stays in your database.

Forms

Submissions are stored in your WordPress database. IP addresses aren’t stored unless you turn that on. You can delete submissions automatically after a number of days, and uploads are kept private.

Fonts

Google Fonts chosen in Theme Styles are loaded from Google’s servers. To serve a font from your own site instead, upload its files in Theme Styles → Typography.

This website

This site doesn’t use cookies, analytics trackers or third-party scripts; its fonts are served from this site. If you send the Request access form, we store your name, email and what you wrote to reply to you, and a one-way hash of your network address to limit repeated submissions. Write to us to have your request deleted.
